Kimberley Barresi at Ottawa Mortgage Brokers has been phenomenal to work with- from first time home buyers to refinances and renewals, and most recently building a custom home, Kim has been in our corner every step of the way. A few standout moments when we knew just what a treasure she was include bringing paperwork to the house afterhours because we had a new baby (this was before digital docs had really taken off!), advising us to stay with our existing lender at renewal because it really was the best product for us (even though there was no gain in it for her), and really going to bat for us with a previous lender when they messed up their end and took an extra mortgage payment...she had the bank apologizing and providing us a full cheque before end of business on a Friday of a long weekend. Subdividing our lot to build a custom home, mortgaging our existing home and then selling it, a construction mortgage and now moving to a traditional mortgage- we could not have done any of it without Kim's professional guidance.
